I am grateful for finding this video, actually it is saving my life. I had been going round and round on different medications for high blood pressure and I do have high cholesterol. I had bad side effects and got off Valsartan. That drug caused bad insomnia, memory loss, fatigue - hair loss - but not sleeping increased the high blood pressure! When I went off the drug, yes my BP was very high and scary 171/99. I started doing this Sunday, May 26th and on Thursday, May 30 I took my BP for the first time and it was 149/87. This was before taking the small dose of water pill recently which won't take effect for 4 weeks. Yesterday it was 140/91. I add some honey to my drink. I wait half an hour after finishing to take my blood pressure. So yes this is saving my life, otherwise my blood pressure would still be around 170. I am doing this for the full 2 weeks as my numbers were all high and I refuse to do statins. After this the Motivational Doc has a drink similar to this I will do to continue. I also did not know that hibiscus tea can reduce blood pressure and cholesterol. I can't take that because of the water pill. I hope to redo the blood test maybe end of the month. I also changed my diet drastically eliminating processed foods, reduced carbs. Bless you for putting up this video. 🙂
